Work itself has been fine as been dealing with them in the past years on multiple occasions. However, this week, I had another appointment on 30/09/25 but no time slot was given; the operative came at 07:50 and left within minutes. Neil promised to call back to rearrange but never did. When I chased, he gave me a later date but refused an afternoon slot (despite me having had them before), blamed me for “missing” the visit, and spoke with arrogance. No empathy, no follow-through, just blame-shifting. Respect and patience go a long way, please drop the attitude.
I've had my windows and doors now for four years. They are awful, I've had to have them back out so many times. I understand condensation but to have puddles on the windowsills is just ridiculous.
