I had a great experience working with Sequoia Construction Limited. Paul was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the job in detail, ensuring I was kept informed every step of the way. Even on days when I was in the office, he provided updates on the progress, which I really appreciated. There was a slight delay due to Paul being unwell for a few days, but he more than made up for it by ensuring the work was done to perfection. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and willingness to have open conversations throughout the project made the entire experience enjoyable.
We were experiencing mould in 2 bedrooms. Paul attended promptly and fully explained likely causes and offered us options. We went with ceiling vents. Installation was quick and ongoing advice given. Good work and a great tidy up afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend the work to others.

Get the diagnosis and an itemised quote in writing, and be wary of pressure to sign on the spot for a long 'guarantee' that is only worth anything while that firm is still trading.
