“Oven heating element failed. We rang them day before and they said engineer, Andrew would be there late morning/early afternoon. Good to there word he rang midday and said he would be there in c. 20 minutes. He was. He confirmed the failed element and fortunately had a replacement element on the van. With all the right tools to hand he first had to completely take out the fitted oven to access the faulty part. Having changed it he put everything back in place, tested it was working and even adjusted the clock to the right time before finishing. We're delighted with how smooth an operation it was and would have no hesitation in using them again, if needed.”

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an engineer come and fix my washing machine. Which he did. The washing machine is now working. But I came home and opened my kitchen door which overlaps the washing machine and it’s came off its hinges. The engineer has clearly either lent on the door and when putting the door back on, has broken it. They told me the photos show it being okay when he left. But what he’s done is wedge the bracket back on and close the door, so it’s looks fine. But when I’ve gone to open it. It’s just came off its hinges. I’ve called the office 3 times and they are not willing to do anything. I’ve been quoted £50 to fix this. Yes, it may be a lot of money but to pay out for something that was done by someone else, has left me disgruntled! Due to my experience, I would not recommend
"Thank you for your feedback. We truly value all customer comments, as providing excellent service is our top priority. Our engineers attended the property to fit parts that had been ordered during a previous visit. Upon arrival and after beginning the work, the customer advised the engineer that he needed to leave the property and requested that the door be closed once the repair was complete. To carry out the repair, the décor door was removed to allow the appliance to be pulled out safely. Once the work was finished, the door was refitted and secured. The appliance was left in full working order. The engineer has confirmed that the décor door was correctly reinstalled and secure at the time of departure, and we also have a completion photograph showing the appliance in place. A few days later, the customer contacted us to report that the décor door had been damaged and requested compensation. I advised that I would investigate the matter directly with the engineer. First visit was to identify the problem and fit the new heating element, went perfectly smoothly! However the oven needed a new seal which had to be ordered. A day later they called to say its ready, and to arrange to come and fit it. We said tomorrow, but i STRESSED a PM appointment, which they agreed to, as i work nights. However, at 08:50am the next day I was awoken by a phone call saying they'd be here in 10 minutes! That is NOT a pm appointment! The engineer showed me his job manifest, with nothing mentioned at all in the special instructions. So, while the work was carried out very fast and accurately, the admin side leaves a lot to be desired! =/
