Everyone from the company was very good and the work was done in an organised way and completed to a high standard.

From the time I walked into there office the service I received was fantastic, all staff were very friendly and helpful. I was shown the windows and told about the process and product, which I was very happy with. Then I was asked about a date which would be good for me to have the windows measured up, he was spot on time and easy to talk to, I said what I was to do and he said no problem. I gave him the go ahead to do the complete job, he said he would be in touch when the windows had been made and arrange a fitting date with me. Which he did in a very short time the 9th May, about 8.30 two chaps turned up and got to work putting dust sheets down and explaining the process of the job. I do believe they were the 2 son of the owner of the company, they were very polite and professional and friendly. All I can say is Seven vale windows went above and beyond my expectation, from the very start to the very end. It’s a great family business and you get treated like a person and not a job,

We decided to have a wider fitting door with the integrated blinds which we are absolutely delighted with. The team were brilliant from choosing the door to fitting it, would definitely recommend company to anyone looking for doors & windows.

Severn Vale is involved in replacing several old wooden windows in our complex of flats with new UPVC windows. This is an ongoing programme and we have used Severn Vale for the past 3 years in different areas of the flats. The quality of their installations is excellent. They are very careful when working inside the flats to remove the old frames and instal the new ones. They are careful when removing blinds or curtains and when replacing them. They are courteous with the resident owners. The follow-up work with Fensa and insurance people was efficiently completed. The working area outside the flats was well managed and was safe for the residents. It was completely cleared after the work was done.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From Tony coming to have a look and quote. He is a knowledgeable and informative guy. Spent over an hour talking me through everything which meant a lot. To the team who installed my new front and back door. Very professional and tidy. Their workmanship was fantastic. So happy. I’d describe myself as rather picky and fussy. I feel Tony and the team provided an exceptional level of service.

You always worry that the workmanship might not be what you would ideally want. However this was one occasion when despite the weather being really wet the team did a totally excellent job, l'm fussy but there wasn't anything I would have changed, totally relaxed during the process. Also nice was the fact that nobody used any profain language which is refreshing.

I cannot recommend Severn Vale Windows enough. They were recommended to me by a colleague who was also thrilled with them. Tony is really knowledgable and answered all of my questions with no pressure at all. The team that fitted the window were thorough and clean and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work. I will definitely be using them again for other windows and doors.

We had Tony out to quote for replacing all the windows and doors in our property and from the initial visit, we knew we’d choose Severn Vale- Tony is so warm, personable, polite and very knowledgeable. We didn’t feel like we were being sold to at all, we felt so at ease with him. This is a family business and his sons (the fitters) were amazing! - They turned up on time every day, worked hard and were very clean, tidy and courteous. I am a perfectionist and have impossibly high standards, but nothing was too much trouble for them, they worked tirelessly to make sure everything was just so. We are thrilled with the result, it has completely transformed the look of our home and we will miss not having ‘the lads’ here, though I will have more coffee and sugar! ;) Thanks so much for all you have done, we couldn’t recommend Severn Vale highly enough.
