Work was carried out when arranged and was completed to a high standard. He was very accommodating to changes as the job progressed and paid good attention to detail. Delighted with the result.
Steve and his team did a brilliant job of converting our old kitchen and dining room into one lovely, modern open plan kitchen. The team were friendly, professional, punctual, and our new kitchen looks fabulous! The quality of the work is excellent, would definitely use SG Joinery again!
Steve and his team completed a 3 bedroom and ensuite extension to my house. The team were all very friendly and professional, they turned up when they said they would and kept me informed throughout the build. They also kept checking I was happy and were more than accommodating when plans changed! The quality of the build was second to none the only issue we had was with the plasterers who were an external company but Steve and his team were on hand to assist and rectify quickly and efficiently. They went above and beyond on a few occasions to help and support throughout the build and they were very honest. They also sorted out all the finishes and other things I hadn't considered! Very happy with them, I have already recommended them and I will definitely return for the many other jobs I have yet to sort out!
Steve and his team did a variety of maintenance work on our home, including roof repairs, cladding the barge boards, some pointing, replacement skirting and interior re-plastering. We wound echo previous reviews in respect of Steve being accommodating to changes due to us deciding to do a bit extra and him identifying some further problems on the roof (all expected given the age and lack of previous maintenance). All the team came across as honest hard workers who took a pride in their work. Steve wasn't happy with the finish on a small area of the plastering (separate firm) around an original feature so he got them back to do it properly. He clearly applies those same high standards to his own work, explaining clearly to the customer to ensure they are satisfied with what he is doing. Communication was excellent, they always turned up when they said they would and cleared up after they had finished. All in all it was a pleasure to have S G Joinery in my home. We are very happy with all the work and Steve will be the first we call if/when we need any further work doing.
We are delighted with the work Steve and his co-worker did for us. He re-boarded our very creaky landing in a most efficient way, then re-laid the carpet and cleaned up. He was pleasant, polite and helpful, and is returning soon to do more jobs!

Steve worked with us, providing advice and coordinating different trades, to provide an efficient seamless service, to renovate our kitchen/dining area, within a very competitive budget. He worked quickly and efficiently fulfilling all our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. His joinery is excellent and I would recommend him without hesitation.
Steve has recently completed work for us on what has become as a project nearly a full house renovation. He is very friendly, open and honest, and delivers a high quality finished work product. Steve fitted a new kitchen for us and coordinated a team of tradesmen working on other aspects of the house, all of whom were very good. Nothing seems to be an issue for Steve if there’s a problem or something to be changed. Would happily recommend, now we’ve found a builder who we know and trust, will use Steve again for other house projects as needed whether for example that’s a new roof or new internal doors.
Steve & his team, joiners/electrics/plumbing, recently completed a major alteration to our conservatory - the result being excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for a very pleasant crew. We would highly recommend their service
Steve and his team have removed an old conservatory and replaced it with an extremely well planned and well built two story extension, matching both the outer and inner style to the character of the house. At all times Steve was clear about his costs, intentions and timings, and always took into account our views, offering suggestions where appropriate to manage the build sympathetically and to a high standard. He kept us informed throughout the build as to who would be on site and when, which instilled confidence in the build. He and his team are punctual, polite and professional in all aspects of work, skilled in their trades, and working to cause minimal disruption to day to day living whilst on site. I would thoroughly recommend him, and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.
Steve and Team completed a Dormer Bathroom to a very high standard. Communication was good and he also carried out additional works as requested. Care was taken to keep the area clean and a final clean was carried out at the end of the Job. The Snagging List only had one item that was attended to promptly. Overall a very competent job by a skilled tradesman. I will definitely use Steve and his Team again.
