Shepherd Brothers Landscaping

Initially I was impressed by Shepherd Brothers Landscaping’s flexibility and immediate availability. The work was of a reasonable standard but several paving slabs are now rust stained. I was overcharged and put under pressure to pay immediately. They have admitted they overcharged me but now avoids answering my calls and messages and still hasn’t paid me back after 3 months. They told me I wouldn’t take this further “as it is only £400”. I am now having to take them to court to get my money back. Avoid!

The garden redo was a lot to take on and wasn’t properly planned or executed. In order to save costs and move things along grass was put down before walls were rendered. We are now left with an unfinished wall where the shortcut has completely peeled off, not to forget a slide for our children that is unsecured and unsafe to use. Our texts and calls continue to be ignored as we ask for updates on fixing the remaining issues. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed, wasn't as wanted and lost a fair bit of my grass they came back an put soil and grass seed dow which hasnt taken everywhere they said would come back and lay turfs but never did. Stained one of the Sandstone slabs and was meant to come back and remove and didnt. I texted and called lots of times to be ignored. Never retuned. Then over the winter most of the slabs have done a yellowy green colour, I had someone come look at them recently to be told the Sandstone should of been treated so this wouldn't happen and that water wouldn't lie on them it looks awful
