They always arrived when promised, quoted, completed the jobs in an efficient and professional manner and charged very reasonable rates. I cannot recommend him highly enough; a breath of fresh air for me having had problems with various traders recently.”

He outlined his fees from the outset which were very reasonable and they never changed after the work was completed. He attended on the day/time arranged and completed the work to a great standard. Jay and his team carried out works to property including consumer unit replacement and light fittings. Professional, courteous and fair priced. No hidden extras. Now my preferred electrician. Thanks Jay!
Responded incredibly quickly to initial call even though it was after “normal” business hours. Charlie kept me informed throughout. Jay and his apprentice arrived exactly when they said they would. Work was completed efficiently, effectively and with minimal disruption. They went above & beyond in terms of customer service and cleaned up after themselves. Cannot fault them in any way. Thoroughly recommend!

Amazing service from Jay and team at Sherratt properties, Twice as he owes have come to do some work for myself / fixing lights, installing my energy smart meters, setting up my cooker job/oven and would highly recommend, friendly, focused and make sure the jobs right ! Kept it clean and at great cost! Will definitely use again, and due to be back to help with some work within my mums property.
Great communication- great price - completed the work swiftly and couldn’t be much happier. Work for an estate agent that uses these so know how trustworthy they are and didn’t let me down when I used them myself. Wouldn’t use anyone else moving forward
Jay and his mate were fabulous, nice and quick and knew their stuff. And considering the quotes we got from other sparks shrerratt were very reasonable. Overall I would use these again and recommend 100percent

After trying a number of electricians who didn't respond to our request I was extremely pleased when Jay replied and responded positively. He delivered exactly when he said he would and the work was completed to a high standard within the time frame given. We will certainly use his company in the future.
I was very pleased with the work done by Jay and Alex, who tackled my two jobs (replacing an electric shower and replacing a wall light) very efficiently. They left everything spotlessly clean and tidy. I had the workings of the new shower explained, and was given all the necessary paperwork. I would be very happy to use this firm again in the future.
