From the initial conversation, Jordan was super friendly. We had a date in the diary for a quote within 2 days and the work was booked in within a week. The most important thing for me was for any tradesmen to be on time, cleanliness and and to do an honest job. Richard was prompt on arrival and cracked on straight away. They were also very reasonably priced after we had some ridiculous quotes! Great service. Jordan has provided quotes promptly and been very responsive to my queries. Even saved me some money before by confirming I could fill in a minor crack myself! Richard arrived on time, completed the work to a high standard and left the area clean and tidy. I have had a damp wall repaired and replastered by Shield Plastering previously and had no further issues. I highly recommend them.
