Responded very promptly to our voicemail request for a call out. The same afternoon they visited and identified the problem very quickly and ordered the necessary parts. They left two heaters as the parts would take a couple of days to come. Despite problems with their suppliers, the work was completed speedily. Would have no hesitation recommending them because of the speed of their response, their knowledge and the friendly, courteous staff who take a pride in their work
