The shutters look fantastic and the installation was seamless - they did a brilliant job and had tided away and cleaned up before they finished too. Absolutely superb, I can’t recommend them enough!
While the products are very nice quality, unfortunately the products in this instance do not comply with building regs due to the nature of the windows being fire escapes. The company T&Cs confirms they are obliged to follow current regulation. Unfortunately in my instance they have not. Furthermore they have adjusted the configuration of the shutters after the final survey which I didn’t notice. Now the shutters open in the opposite direction to the window making it difficult to access.
