*DO NOT USE THIS ROOFER* Following the recent storm, our roof needed urgent waterproofing, which Martin agreed to complete. However, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, as only a day or so after he’d completed the work, more rain got into our house and we suffered water damages in two bedrooms. Once we notified Martin of the issue, he took 0 responsibility for it and began to get very rude and defensive to me and my family. The most unprofessional sole trader I’ve ever come across and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
*DO NOT USE ROOFER* As a result of strong winds, our roof needed emergency waterproof cover. We contacted Martin Rooney in the hope that he would stop any leakages in the case of rain / bad weather. Martin took the job and assured us the roof would be waterproof for the next couple of weeks until we could get it fully restored. However, after only TWO DAYS, there was a bit of rainfall and two of our bedrooms suffered water damage as a result. When we tried to contact Martin about it, he was very dismissive, defensive and rude. I have never ever received such bad customer service :(
