"We were initially pleased with Lance's work. He had done the work efficiently and it looked good. However, it has become clear that the work done has not been done to an acceptable standard, as reviewed by several independent companies. The grouting and tiling was poor underneath the shower and bathtub, leading to a leak that's caused damage to the kitchen ceiling below. The sink has also had leaks and after many many phone calls, he came to fix up the job recently, but this has started dripping again. He has not returned our calls. We have no choice but to make a complaint."
