"We had a problem with our solar panels and telephoned Simplr Tech Ltd to ask if they could help. The Receptionist, Justina, took details and promised to ring back, which she did within approx. 15 minutes. She confirmed that Terry and Oli could come out early afternoon, and they took the trouble to work round our schedule at home. They investigated the problem, which was explained to us, and undertook the repairs. Terry and Oli worked efficiently and professionally. "Terry and Oli from Simplr came to our property to check our fuse box and sockets after we had just moved in. They found multiple electrical faults and a fuse that had melted as the builder installed an improperly sized fuze for the heating system. They fixed these issues within a few hours and now I feel safe in my new home. They were very friendly and respectful of my property. Thank you!"
