"Excellent company. Liam was super-communicative - regular updates about paperwork progress; he texted updates about when he was coming over. Very helpful in answering questions, no high-pressure sales tactics. They were able to use some scaffolding that was already up for roof repair. The installers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, were flexible about me having to go to work. They showed me how to use the app to control the battery. Liam came for a post-installation quality check and to explain about the paperwork. Also most competitive price out of 3 quotes."
"Liam came to diagnose the faulty inverter as I suspected. He quoted a price for replacing inverter and isolator which we were more than happy with. Ben fitted inverter the following week. Both Liam and Ben were polite, friendly and explained everything to me. From the original contact to completion was less than 2 weeks and probably could have been less but I was only available on Fridays and weekends. Liam even came for original callout on a Saturday, as they were delayed on another job due to rain but kept me updated. I would certainly use them again and high recommend them."
