“Sam and his team (T and Derek) were great - skilled, efficient, and considerate. It was important for me that the work was finished within a week - work started Mon, by Friday they had replaced a loft room flat roof + new insulation, new fascias and guttering to back of house, and painted the back of the house with several coats - Sam has a good relationship with the scaffolders so scaffolding came down Friday 3/4pm and by 5pm Friday everyone had gone. Involved long days and an efficient plan of work. Thanks Sam and team!”
