Really disappointed with this company. Used them to do an EICR on a rental property. They coded the fuse box C2 - which means it would have to be replaced within 28 days. We questioned the coding as it was not in line with the regulations. We received an illogical response. We then had to go through the Electricity Regulatory body to have it changed to the correct code - ie that it did not need to be replaced. It was a long tedious process - needless to say will not be using this company again.

Very quick and efficient and did it perfectly.

It was very straightforward to organise this EICR with Simon around the tenant's availability and the work was carried out at the agreed date/time with no fuss. Good communications - quick responses. No problems.
