SM Plumbing Heating Electrical

Removed an old boiler and installed a new Baxi, including exterior drainage pipe with insulation and bricked up space around the new flue. All work was completed on time and to a very high standard. I was constantly asked to check the various stages of work to make sure I was happy and there was no issues if I asked for any adjustments to be made. Courteous and accommodating. Highly professional, would recommend.

Simon installed a new boiler for us in October. Simon explained the process clearly before hand so we knew what to expect on the day. He took the time to talk us through the range of options available even though we don't really know a lot about plumbing or boilers. Taking out the old boiler and tank was a messy job, but Simon swept surfaces and vaccumed after. He was polite and friendly and answered all of the questions my wife and I had about using the Nest feature of the boiler. He kept us informed throughout the installation and asked us where we wanted the magnet clean to go. I would use Simon again and indeed he will be back for the boilers service. He installed a shower for us a few years ago and did a great job then too.

Simon has done a few jobs for me over the years including fitting radiators, servicing my boiler, fire and some electrical work, including fitting a shower and plug sockets. Simon is friendly, reliable and reasonable priced. I have always been happy with the quality of Simon's work and continue to use his services knowing he will do a fantastic job.

He put our boiler in in 2012 and has been back most years to do plumbing and electrical jobs in each room, as we are working round our house doing a room a year. He is always polite and professional and is happy to come out at weekends in the event of emergency. He seems friendly and has a nice manor and if asked if he can do plastering or any of the wood work (skirting arcatrive or door framing) he always has a recommendation for some one who can, and so far all his recommendations have been on point and as nice as he is. I have confidence in him as he doesn't just jump in and go through the routines he will look at the job and plan it all out and have suggestions of alternatives that we may not have thought of in some cases saving us money. Im happy as he will offer advise on cost at the start and as we go along so we have the power to decide the quality of materials, and he seems to have good knowledge of the pros and cons of different materials and fixings. All in all very happy
