Submitted an enquiry on Sunday afternoon and the job was completed by midday on Monday. No fuss and fair prices. Would recommend.

We had what we thought was just a blocked toilet but the problem was actally a severely blocked drain. Cody showed us on the camera what the issue was (severe build up of limescale). part of the drain needed to be replaced which was done there and then. Really good service and the price was reasonable. Would definately recommend them.

After listing the problem Saturday noon, I got a phone call within 5 minutes, reassuring me as I was quite stressed. Engineer rang with eta and arrived as agreed 3 hrs later. Cleared 14 meters of blocked sewers and 3 full manholes. Used camera to explain the problem. Left me able to use loo / pipework. Returned Tues and 2 men worked for 5+ hours to repair the extensive damage. Transparent fair pricing agreed before work started, initially by text and then on site in writing. Friendly, very polite and gave good advice. Cleaned everything after job. I cannot thank them enough.
