“We needed a pole to hang heavy full length blackout curtains onto our wall, which is not in great condition. Our own attempts had failed to hold the weight of the curtains. Paul was incredibly helpful from the outset. He explained that due to the poor condition of our walls we would need a more suitable pole, brackets etc and glue to ensure a good fit. He was also honest about the fact that it might not work. He was happy to do the work even though we postponed for a few months. He and his assistant did an excellent job. They were very polite and tidy. Pole is very sturdy! Curtain looks great.”
