“I got in Contact with Smart Roofing at 17:00 on a Friday night, requiring work to replace the roof due to a leak. Smart Roofing replied promptly and issued a reasonable quote. Which was booked in for 08:00 Saturday (next day). The team were onsite and worked thorough to complete the job. They also cleaned and removed any waste cause, leaving the garden in the state in which it was found. Overall a good job and thank-you for being the quick service”

Great job done. Well that’s till they damaged my car which was parked on my drive. It looks like they dropped the ladder on the car. They have caused 2 dents and multiple scratches on the roof and back passenger door behind driver. That’s not the best bit. They then left without telling me. I only found all this when I went out Sunday morning to the bin. Very very unhappy. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.
Tiles taken off the main roof, gaps not covered. Rain poured in and soaked loft insulation leaving with heavy water, caused lounge ceiling to collapse and water to seep through bedroom ceiling. Taken 5 months to correct this, worry that bungalow is not structurally sound. Charged £27k for the job, I believe overcharged too much.
