“When you need a job doing properly, you need someone you can trust. Spray foam in my attic was what I needed removing. Not an easy job, and not a pleasant one to do. There’s a few people out there that say they will do it for you, but can you trust them? I found Smart Solutions 365. From my experience I can highly recommend this company to do it for you. They don’t ask for any up front money. They will show you what they have done after each stage. They clean up properly after them and they are nice people to deal with. Genuine recommendations are sometimes hard to find. This is one from me.”
“My elderly mother needed open-cell spray foam removed from her loft. From initial conversations with Smart Solutions 365 they seemed the right choice. They were the same price as other quotes but unlike those, also included adding traditional insulation to the loft to compensate for the removal of the foam. Work was completed on time and Kyren and the team were great with my mum, keeping her informed of progress and sharing pictures and video of the work. All material was taken and there was zero mess. We definitely made the correct choice and can't recommend Smart Solutions 365 highly enough.”

We were terrified about getting our closed cell spray foam removed, no idea whom would be trustworthy and genuine. Thank goodness we found Smart solutions 365. These guys told us the closed cell foam could be removed. Ryan and team Kerian absolutely blew us away. I cannot put into words just how amazing they were. Completely eradicated all our fears. Completely obliterated all the Closed Cell Foam from our roof, they worked like trojan horses, thoroughly, cleanly and courteously completed this tedious task with pure professionalism. All aspects of the work from the initial enquiry and survey, right through to the spray foam removal, and the installation of the Actis Hybris insulation was done to our complete satisfaction. All the staff involved worked very hard to get the work completed and took great care of our property. The final clean up and removal of spay foam debris was done throughly and with care. Perfect. We needed spray foam insulation removed from my late uncles house. The industry is a nightmare to navigate with a lot of dishonest traders. We found Smart Solutions 365 and were able to verify their honesty. Great communication throughout. Work was completed on schedule, and although unexpected repair work was required no further charge was made on top of the quote. During the work we had a surveyor visit and he confirmed all was done to a very high standard. We got a warranty and photos of high quality workmanship. The estate agent has said he will only recommend this company now.

Smart Solutions carried out removal of the Open cell insulation at our property. Very competitive quote, efficient work carried out by a friendly and trustworthy team. Work completed within two days, all waste cleared and removed from site. All completion paperwork provided swiftly as arranged and photos of work done were provided.. All in all a great job do e and would highly recommend.

After 4 other initial consultations, the moment we had the initial consultation from Ryan who explained the whole process, we knew this was the company we would use. Kyren and Ross arrived Monday/ Tuesday at 8am and worked until 6pm, they rarely took any breaks, they were punctual, polite, friendly and respectful. They explained the stages of work they would be doing and asked us to check the progress each night, Wednesday they arrived at 8 and finished the job at 2pm, they tided and hovered the landing/stairs before they left each day. Definitely recommend this company, great job done.

My faith in Smart Solutions 365 proved correct. Ryan completed the survey and discussed the removal of the foam, the cleaning process of the rafters etc., and the new insulation. Jamie and Brian, from the main office, assisted with all the paperwork. Logan and Tyrell arrived, on time, worked so hard in the sweltering heat, and completed their work on time. They tidied up once completed and respected my property at all times. Completion documents, guarantee and photographs showing start to finish were received.
