From phone conversations, and emails, through to visits by the surveyor and the work done by the installers, we were really impressed. We felt very confident in their ability to know what we needed and to do a good job. When there was a slight issue post installation, they were quick to send someone out to do remedial work, with no need to chase them. Overall we would definitely recommend them to other clients. The work done has already made a huge difference to the warmth of our home.”
