"Sam did an excellent job in painting our hallway. He was very neat and had an eye for detail. I was very impressed that he went beyond the job spec, for example by buying a new fire alarm when he noticed that one was out of date, and cleaning the inside of the front door. He was also proactive when he spotted a leak in the loft, and after checking with me that it was OK, called someone who fixed the leak straightaway and so kept damage to a minimum. Highly recommended."
