The builders worked from 8.00 to 6.00 some evenings and were very respectful of the fact that I remained in the property whilst the work was being done. There was never a day when they did not turn up, with the exception of Sundays. There was also no quibbling when it came to repairing anything after they had left the site. I would definitely recommend them.

Smiley Building Services built an extension for me. Bas came up with lots of ideas for me, and carried out the work exactly as he said he would. They arrived on time, and have always come back to fix any problems for me. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Our experience with Smiley Building Services has been extremely positive. We had a side ground and first floor extension done, and Bas was very accomodating and patient both with the quote provided, and our timescales (as we had been in contact with him nearly 2 years prior to being ready to carry out the works). Him and his team were very respectful and professional, but also down to earth willing to be flexible and take the time to answer questions, make suggestions and explain aspects of the work being carried out we didn't understand ourselves. These aspects really gave us the comfort and confidence in the company to do the job especially as we weren't staying at the Property during the works. Bas always made time to give us updates and ask us for our opinions and input when needed, and managed his team very well to ensure what we wanted was carried out. We would fully recommend Bas and his team both on a professional and personal
