“I believe that the company was previously known as Rainguard roofing and guttering. They replaced my roof and fitted dry valleys and ridge. The dry ridge tiles were not installed and secured properly and the system was not suitable for the type of profiled tiles on the house. Subsequently the poor fitting led to water running down the under lay causing a wall to get damp. The company was always pressuring for payments, and a guarantee was promised to be sent by email, but never came.”

Detailed reviews
Dry ridge roof with new fascias and guttering was done within the time frame stated. Price quoted was the price we paid. The job was done satisfactory but without attention to detail. An employee of Smith Roofing Services was very demanding, asking to be paid in full without us being able to see the finished job. (Could not see it due to scaffolding) When scaffolding was removed there were some issues which he did come and fix but not to a high standard. We paid him with a promise to come back and fix an issue but he has yet to do it.
