Excellent service from Smiths Damp Proofing. Jake promptly quoted for our damp issue, reviewing and discussing the problem and offering sound and honest advice, including on what we shouldn't waste our money doing. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly without rushing. Smiths Damp Proofing then carried out the works, doing the whole job themselves (in contrast to another company who required us to contract with others for aspects of the job). The work was completed within the estimated timescale and to a very high standard and Jake's communication throughout was exceptional.

Great Job – Super Happy with the Results! Had Jake in to sort out some damp issues that popped up all of a sudden on a wall and honestly, he was brilliant from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained everything in simple terms. The work was done quickly and professionally, and they made sure to clean up after themselves, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend them if you’re dealing with damp – reliable, friendly, and great knowledge and expertise in their field too.
Excellent service from Jake. All issues diagnosed, work promptly quoted for and carried out. Very efficient work and great quality finish. Reliable and friendly. Couldn't be happier with the job.
