Sean has always checked the job out properly, talked us through the problem and the options, showing a really good knowledge of his trade, helping us choose the best solution for us. The work has been carried out promptly (weather permitting) to a high standard and always left clear and tidy afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend.”
“Smiths Property Improvements recently finished a roof replacement at our property in Littlebourne and created a very favourable impression. Sean initially carried out a very thorough external and loft survey before providing a detailed estimate. He was clear that barring any unforeseen issues this quote would not be increased without a pre agreed discussion. He was as good as his word, the work was carried out to a high standard including cleaning and waste removal. The wet and windy weather didn’t help but we were kept informed and are very pleased with the roof and fascia work. Many thanks.”
