Can’t recommend Karl at Solutions4Damp enough - this is the second time he has helped with works in my property. From identifying rising damp and resolving this last year - he’s now completed plastering works to a high standard for me. He’s reliable and trustworthy. On other occasion I went with his recommendation to replace outside vent as the first point of action before a full damp proof treatment. It did work great, the wall is dry now and problem solved. He is a real expert in this area with a honest approach.
We were experiencing condensation and black mould issues at our property. Found Solutions4Damp online and checked their reviews. Karl came out and provided the most competitive quote out of 3 companies and then solved our condensation issues efficiently. Solutions4Damp were professional, tidy and informative throughout the job and even gave us recommendation on how to improve air flow ongoing. Would highly recommend.
Gave a quote very quickly at a very good price, completed the work with no issue. Very friendly, would recommend and will be using again if needed.
