Started off well, came to quote just before Christmas and booked the job early in the new year. Installation was efficient, though the door wasn’t exactly what I expected (still met standards). I paid in full for the job while he still had to return to finish some bits, but after a few weeks of no contact, I had to chase him. He apologized and came back, but one final thing remains unfinished. Despite several follow-ups, I’ve had no response since. Would not use again.
Had to rearrange agreed visit as Adam didn’t turn up. 40minutes past the agreed second visit I called to see if he was coming and was told another 30mins. Unbelievably he didn’t turn up at all. Very unreliable- beware!!!
