He helped us choose the best layout, gave great advice on grout colour and trims, and you could tell he genuinely cared about the finish and not just getting the job done quickly! The attention to detail was outstanding. Every tile is perfectly aligned, cuts are incredibly neat (especially around the shower and niche), and the room has been completely transformed.
