The work was carried out by James and Steve from South Essex Plumbing And Heating Limited. They changed our boiler from traditional system boiler to modern Combi boiler. They were both very professional, organised and tidy. After the installation they decommissioned all the redundant parts and pipes and took them away for disposal. They ran through the instructions patiently and easy to understand. The water pressure is fantastic and the new boiler is performing efficiently. They also replaced the bath shower mixer taps having to manoeuvre in very tight space to remove the old fixing and fittings. The end result is excellent and total satisfaction. All these work were completed within two days. They cleaned up and left no mess. Best of all..they called back the following day to ensure everything is in good order. Such good customer service. Top class! We would them to our friends anytime and use them again in the future should we need them.

I was given choices and explanations to find the best boiler for me. James was very helpful, the install did not take long, and he kept to budget. Also had towel rail and radiators fitted, all done as requested, very tidy install.

My initial email was responded to quickly and an appointment was booked in quickly. James arrived at our agreed time, he was friendly, personable and professional. The boiler service was carried out. James was considerate of my home and wore shoe covers. He gave us some advice around carbon monoxide detectors and came across knowledgeable within his field of work. I was very comfortable with him being in my home and would highly recommend. I would not hesitate to call the company again for more work. Our invoice was send quickly and payment was very easy.

Steve and James kept me updated by text as to when they would be arriving to carry out the quotation for a replacement boiler. They advised me exactly what they would be doing (including new external pipework required for a condensing boiler) and suggestions for replacing some of the old valves. Also a couple of other items to replace older equipment such as timer and hall thermostat. The quotation arrived by email the same day. Other people quoted but I had more faith in Steve and James. The boiler was fitted the following week with them arriving at the stated time. Covers were laid to protect the floors and the installation was completed on the day with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Steve ran through the operation of the system and set up the heating and water timings for me. They then took the old boiler/flue away and cleared up any other items. They also fitted a new siphon to a downstairs toilet and just charged for the cost of the new siphon. Steve texted me the following day to enquire whether all was well with the boiler (which it was) and emphasised that I should contact the company immediately in the event of any problems. Two hard working and thoroughly pleasant fellows. I would certainly recommend them for anyone seeking a professional plumbing/heating company.

Steve and James recently did some work for one of our sons and did a very professional job at a very competitive price, which is why we contacted them when we needed a radiator replaced.
