Out of hrs support
Contacted Neil due to a malfunction of 1/4 radiators and updating app at our second home in Devon. Always tricky to resolve any issues as are not permanently living at the address and it’s usually out of hrs we encounter issues. our install was over 10 years ago. Despite this Neil was able to take me through the process to solve the problem and change the heat app. All over the phone and on a late Saturday afternoon. Impressive customer service and much appreciated .

Problem solving radiator down & repair over phone
Contacted Neil due to a malfunction of 1/3 radiators we had installed about 14 years ago. Neil was able to take me through the process to solve the problem. Friendly and helpful as ever. Did it free of charge. Excellent service and can recommend the heaters and App. Thanks Neil.

Great product, Great support and definitely a great company
We had our heating system installed in 2015. From the survey through to installation the service was excellent. The heating works perfectly throughout the house keeping us toasty warm perfectly. In the 11 years that it has been installed I have experienced 2 events where a radiator has dropped out of the system. Neither time was a fault of the system more a fall out of a power surge on the back of a power cut. Not a problem. A quick call to Neil and within less than 5 minutes he has talked me through how to re- install the radiator back into the system. Tonight was the second of the two events. That’s 11 years later and I’m still fully supported. That’s amazing. I can’t think of many companies that go that far to ensure their customers remain happy and warm. If you’re thinking of replacing or upgrading your heating you won’t be disappointed if you use this company! Well done guys and thank you.

Excellent Customer Service
We had new radiators fitted throughout our Cornish home about 5 years ago by South West Heating Solutions and we've loved the convenience of being able to control the central heating from an app on our phone. I recently had an App glitch and Neil helped me solve the problem over the phone on his weekend. I knew the guys were reliable and trust worthy, but this was above and beyond the usual customer service in my view. I would highly recommend Neil and team for the brilliant service they provide.

Great service

Warm at last!
We had our old gas boiler removed and replaced with a Sunamp to give us hot water. We also had all our old radiators removed and replaced with Elkatherm electric radiators. It's great that we can have each room on its own settings and schedule. The team were all lovely, kind and helpful. They talked through our requirements and listened to what we needed, so we felt comfortable to put our trust in them. Any issues that arose were dealt with thoughtfully and with care. It's so nice to have a warm house at last.

Versatile system
Had the whole house fitted with new heaters. The installation team were great very friendly professional and hard working. Couple of extra bits needed doing to make everything safe and up to spec. This was done and they explained to us what was happening. The heaters are very versatile and easily programmed from the app. Very happy with the results and the service provided.

Lovely tidy job
2 replacement & 2 new radiators fitted by Steve & Morgan . Quick, tidy and very personable . Really pleased with quality of their work as well as Neil who did The survey and Georgia in the office. Steve was VERY patient in demonstrating ( & testing me on ) the controls. Radiators haven’t come on yet but hopeful they will be better and more efficient than old storage heaters. Very responsive company & good to use West Country business.

This is a super-helpful company
When, in midwinter, we couldn’t make our electric radiators connect to the app that controls them we faced a pretty cold night but Neil at Southwest heating Solutions came to the rescue - even though it was out of hours. He is super-knowledgable about electric heating (and a really nice guy too) and after diagnosing the fault and patiently guiding us in resetting the control system we are now cosy once again. Thank you Neil - a great job well done.

New radiators!
Over years of rental places, I’ve experienced no heating, rubbish night storage heaters and generally cold places! So when I got my place I knew that those electric heaters needed to go!! I’ve waited 4 months since ordering but I’m so pleased with the end result! Is it sad to be so excited over radiators? Massive thanks to South West Heating!!

Repair to heater.
I rang SWT soon after 0900 on morning of 11th December, and within 2 hrs Neil had rung me from his car whilst travelling. We were unable to fix the problem as he had hoped, so Neil located the necessary part and within a further 3 hrs had effected the repair. Being as I live approximately 150 ml from Redruth I consider this to be excellent service. I was treated with friendliness on the phone and as a valued customer, nothing seemed too much trouble, would certainly recommend SWTC.

Fantastic Service
Moving into a lovely new house is a wonderful experience until at 4:45pm on the Friday of the move your discover the wonderful heating system doesn’t work. It transpired the Wi-Fi control box had been mistakenly thrown away by the previous occupant. I contacted SWH as they installed the system for their help, bearing in mind I am not a registered customer of theirs. By 8pm Neil has located a replacement control box called me and arranged for me to collect from an engineer on their day off at 9am on Saturday. Installed with ease after excellent instructions from Neil during a 70 minute telephone conversation with him, also on his day off. All radiators configured and a warm house less than 24 hours after the problem was identified. Technical help = excellent, customer service = excellent, satisfied customer = priceless. Thank you SWH, you have gained another satisfied customer.

Professional and Excellent Work
Due to COVID 19 I have had to wait for my order to be executed and completed. It was worth the wait. The engineers arrived promptly and were very friendly and cheerful. They installed 2 heaters and took the old ones away. They worked quickly and efficiently, left no mess, vacuumed and left everything tidy. I was most impressed. I was given a “tutorial” on how to work the heaters. (Joe was very patient)! Both heaters look excellent. I am delighted with them and look forward at last to be cosy and warm. Should I need any help in the future, they would be very willing to comply. I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs new heating in their home. Thank you so much.
