"Hot water stopped, I called Tom who attended the same day, he informed me the heat exchanger was scaled and would atempt to repair and descale, he ordered and collected new seal rings and returned the next day to carry the work as the seals where on an overnight deluvery, he descaled and fully serviced the boiler.
