Had a well-priced structural engineer plan done for my load-bearing wall removal and beam installation. Hammersmith and Fulham council approved with no comment and Shay was helpful even when I had questions while the builders were carrying out the work. Would definitely recommend this business. Very serious and reliable man.

They were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the inspection process. The report was clear, detailed, and easy to understand, giving me confidence in the next steps.
