“Remote communication but Sam kept in touch with calls, pics and video so we could see the actual issues identified. Tried to be very fair on charges for additional repairs identified. Visited the property on completion to see first-hand before sign off and payment. Was lovely to meet Sam and his team.”

Thanks lads great job
Contractors in your home can be stressful. Not with S&P. We were kept abreast of progress and problems with videos of the area of work. Work continued at pace through very inclement weather and completed on schedule.
Did more than expected- we are pleased.
Thank you for showing attention to detail whilst installing our new fascias and cleaning the gutters and roof. It was a pleasure to have your team work in our home. Best wishes!

Great value for money guttering and roof repair job. We got a second major sofit boards job done on the back of the first which was equally as good. Only negative thing to say is that they are so good they have a lot of work on and so it may be difficult to get an immediate visit.
Really pleased with the work, cleaned up after themselves and even wiped down the conservatory which they didn’t have to do!! Pleasant and hard-working - would definitely recommend them.
Great job and contacted me quickly when others didnt. The two lads worked really hard on cleaning roof, repointing and some repairs. Very impressed and would recommend
