"Steve kindly fixed our boiler at short notice coming into a cold spell. I contacted him via text as I felt it was easier to pick up texts than a voice message. He replied same day to let me know he would contact me next day to say when he could attend. I was relieved and more than happy with that as I didn’t have any success getting hold of other engineers! To his word, he contacted me next day and kindly visited in the evening which must have been at the end of a long day. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. He returned a day later to fix it. His communication was great throughout!!"
