“Spearco carried out the following works: -Demolition of internal and external walls. -Demolition of loft space floor to form new vaulted ceiling space. -Alterations to existing roof, and forming new openings for rooflights. -New openings for new front door, bi-folds and windows including all steelwork. -Below slab drainage internally and external drainage to link with existing. James was in direct contact with the Structural Engineer and Building Control Inspector, so all works were completed ready for sign off. If any issues arose, James was very proactive to resolve and offer solutions.”
