I've used this business a couple of times to do various damp works because Ian provides a professional, reliable service. He gives great advice, gets the job done on time and to budget and is easy to contact. I'll definitely use him again.

Specialist Damp Solutions were recommended to me and I found them friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They managed to fit us in at short notice, between other jobs, given the urgency of the situation. They were professional throughout, and informative about the cause of our dry rot problem. Ian sent photos at every stage to show what was going on and how they had remedied it. They were meticulous about making good, matching removed floorboards and quarry tiles, which was much appreciated. Strong recommendation.
Totally professional work ethic. Friendly, honest and polite. An exemplary job was performed. I was so impressed that when it transpired that more works were needed, I had absolutely no hesitation in allowing them to carry on (the additional cost of this was very satisfactory). I have recommended this company to our Property Management people as their 'go to' professionals in future.

Ian and staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the problems we had in our flat and the advice on ways to remedy and improve it to avoid condensation and damp was refreshing. They removed part of the brick work on our chimney breast and redid it with a really smooth finish. They also rectified a problem around two large windows, a bedroom and lounge inside and externally and re-sealed, repaired and tidied-up the unsightly window sill. At last it’s all looking lovely. Very professional and knowledgeable, knowing exactly the root of the issue at hand and being able to identify remedial works necessary quickly. The works undertaken were able to be completed quickly and to the high satisfaction of the client. Highly recommend.
SDS undertook remedial damp works for our residents association. This involved removing a radiator, removing damaged plaster, flooring and skirting and installing new plaster, flooring and skirting, re-decorating and re-routing external guttering. The work was quoted for promptly and completed as scheduled and the owner of the property was very happy with their work.
Really professional and competent- all completed on time. Would recommend for sure.
