V friendly and approachable, giving me confidence to discuss any concerns (none so far though). Neighbours commented on how respectful and tidy they have been. No nasty surprises in terms of cost (nor are any expected due to a thorough and detailed quote ), and sensible payment schedule agreed and adhered to. Already considering further jobs on completion, so would recommend."
