Very good service, Scott explained what he was going to do and what should happen over his three visits. He found the route of the rats and placed the boxes accordingly and after the second visit all bait had been eaten …thankfully we haven’t seen any rats since.

We had a problem with brown rats coming into our garden from the allotments and fields nearby so got in touch with Scott at S&S Pest Control to help. Scott was quick to respond and explained our options moving forward whilst also managing our expectations honestly. We chose to go with a quarterly schedule which proved the best option and Scott monitored activity over a period of some months. Scott was professional from the offset, explained all options moving forward and helped sort out our problem. I wouldn’t use anyone else if the need arose and thoroughly recommend getting in touch S&S

Once we had made contact with Scott and his team we quickly had a visit for a survey and had a plan to fix the problem. And it worked - just as he said it would. Big relief. Couldn't recommend S&S Pest Control more highly - very friendly, professional and always on time. Scott is clearly very experienced and straight away identified how the rats were able to access the property through a hole next to a drain outside the building. Scott took a forensic approach to understanding the extent of the problem and in dealing with the issue quickly, and every step along the way was explained to us which was very reassuring. Hopefully I won't have to deal with a similar issue again but if I do I wouldn't think twice about contacting Scott again.

Scott was immensely reassuring and informative. Helped me understand that much on the internet was disinformation. Made sure we understood he was available for support in between the three sessions and answered questions promptly. Would have preferred steaming to be carried out during each of the three sessions, but was reassured this wasn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in the unfortunate position we found ourselves in.
