“Exilent service, even though it was a small job,replacing a broken ridge tile,the lads repaired it seamlessly. They also let me know I had a broken tile(ridge tile broke it on its way down). The lads were so helpfully,they took down an old TV pole and sorted my front gutter as it was full of mud. They went above and beyond what was asked of them. Work was carried out in a timely manner, they removed all rubbish. Really good price for what was carried out. I highly recommend this company. I'll 💯 be using them again to replace the full house gutters,down pipes and faces. Thanks guys”

Completed new roof, installed in predicted time - quiet, polite and professional.
Having bought a property recently the warranty for work done in 2019 was passed on with no quibbles. When a problem arose with the roof I contacted the company and with no hesitation give me a day and time to come and sort it they did not let me down. Based on my experience with this company I would have no hesitation in recommending them,thanks again.

William came and looked at the job, gave a comparable quote. We initially expected the work to start in October due to holidays etc but he called and fitted us in earlier. The work was completed in 5 days. Each day the roofers had a good tidy up. (Even had a comment from a neighbour as to how good they were at tidying). Overall we are happy with the final result and SSR Roofing team.
This was a complex roof replacement operation on a 130 year old domestic property involving remedial and restorative work in a conservation area. The whole operation was conducted in the face of and to a degree delayed by highly changeable weather without fuss, excessive noise or mess. Difficulties encountered were briefed clearly and accurately to the customer, decisions were well supported and a full workforce was deployed punctually and cheerfully every day to keep the job moving forward. Spoil and all waste were cleared on a daily basis, new materials were brought in daily and not left on site, and there were no restrictions on normal household routine. For such a massive domestic job this was the best experience we could have expected. A big thank you to William Masson and his team.

Our old roof had a bad leak every time it rained. SSR managed to sort us out quickly. Good communication and really friendly team. Whole roof completed in under a week. Excellent finish and left no mess behind, and for a better price than other quotes we had. Really happy and would highly recommend.
