He and Tom arrived on time as agreed and worked tirelessly and very efficiently on taking out an old, wobbly banister and fitting a new one. They cut the wood outside despite the constant threat of rain and some actual showers. This vastly reduced the cleaning up required inside my house afterwards. The new banister is stunning. Steven then also offered to follow up this job by pricing matching handrails to replace the existing ones."
