He told me he keeps some appointments open for emergency enquiries, and actually came out to us on a Saturday afternoon. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and courteous - rare traits to find these days. And considering it was a weekend he worked for us, remarkably reasonably priced too. HIGHLY recommend him.
