Mark and his team carried out the work very efficiently and to a high standard, the bulk of which was done on one day. It included replacing a cowl on a soil pipe, replacing battens and felt for a metre wide strip leading to the soil pipe and clearing moss from the entire roof and carrying out a gutter clearance. In addition, cracked tiles were repaired and work was carried on some the ridge tiles and in the valley. The team cleared up after their work and a receipt and 10 year guarantee was received without any delay.

Mark and team arrived working a full day every day of the week and came back to sort out any minor issues that arose setting everything right. Because the whole roof, timbers, felt, guttering, fascias, etc. needed doing and there was quite a bit of water damage underneath from the original, poor state of the roof it took a few weeks to sort everything out but Mark was very polite and willing to set everything right. Now that Autumn and Winter have come I can attest that the roof is holding up perfectly and all issues have been resolved by Stay Dry roofing.

The work was carried out professionally & site cleared after work completed. Mark was very helpful & explained every thing to me. I would recommend them.

This company worked on my Parents home addressing the leaking the chimney and coping around the base. Job was costly but quick. However, In under 6 months damp was running down the internal walls of my parents home. Under the guarantee they should have come back to fix their work. Never saw them. Constantly ignored on WhatsApp. Parents ended up paying for additional work to roof and decorating to fix extensive damage internally. I would not recommend.
