“We recently built a small extension to give our autistic, learning-disabled son a safe space and help our older boys finally get a full night’s sleep. It used all our savings plus a loan, but it was essential. Soon after completion, serious roof leaks began damaging the room we so desperately needed. That’s when Steven and his team stepped in. He came out immediately, identified multiple issues, took pictures, and advised us so we could contact the original builder. The very next morning, he returned to repair the worst of the leaks, to stop further damage while we waited for the original builder—who never responded. Steven stayed in touch throughout, and when we recieved no response from the original builder he came back and promised to fix everything. True to his word, he and his team repaired the roof, fascia, soffits, guttering, gable end, and leadwork for little more than material costs. We’re incredibly grateful and will recommend him to everyone.”

Excellent customer service. Great communication, turned up the same day when he said he would. Invested problem & as a little adjustment made no charge & gave general upkeep recommendation. Will certain use him & recommend to others.
Steven and his team replaced some lead and broken tiles around the chimney stack. The work was carried out very quickly and to a good standard ensuring no more water ingress. I was initially impressed by the communication from the company, however the work had to be postponed due to snow and I was not informed of this until I emailed to enquire. Perhaps communications could be improved slightly. Overall I was very pleased once the work had been done, very reasonable costs and job done to a high standard. Would recommend.
My new only roofers for any future work! Following a couple of bodge repairs from another roofer i was told to contact Ste, came out same evening to inspect and returned following morning as high priority due to heavy rain forecast and carried out a top quality repair with no more leaks when the heavy rain came. Amazing team.
I had some work done to a chimney - replacing the lead work, re-pointing etc. really pleased with the work done, they were punctual and professional and have done a great job - they took loads of photos before and after. Also tidied everything up and removed any debris from gutters etc. Would highly recommend.

We’ve just used Ste Keeton Roofing for a full re roof - from coming out to quote to completion of all works, I’ve been so impressed Ste and the lads listened to my main aim on trying to maintain and bring back period features to the property that have been lost over time and have gone above and beyond to help and keep the character! We’ve been kept up to date on all work and the sites been left clean and tidy every night! Thank you so much for getting us water tight and winter ready so quickly!!
Great communication, they replied to initial email straight away even though it was Sunday night. Arrived when they said they would to quote & do the work. Few slates had been dislodged & cement work needed replacing up to the apex. Really pleased with the work. Would highly recommend

I found all communication with this company to be both professional and timely. I was kept updated at every stage and they did everything they said they would. Ste is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to his trade and I would be happy to recommend him to friends and family.
Ste and his team are always friendly, polite and professional. This is the third time I've used his company - he put chimney cowlingson my new property and replaced some slipped tiles free of charge. He is always quick to respond to queries and problems and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Would recommend whole heartedly!
Only had to wait a couple of weeks before commencement of the work and the team turned up on time. All the work was carried out in a neat and tidy fashion - even though is was a messy job - removing spray foam. We were kept informed of the progress of the job - we are not residing in the house - and asked to visit and inspect the work as required. A good job done. Thanks.
Had issues with my chimney after a bodged job by another company. Steve and his team arrived on time and completed rectifying the issues very swiftly and kept me informed at every stage, left everything tidy and clean. Impressive job, chimney looks fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone. 1st class company. Lovely people.
