Their workmanship was excellent, the team were polite and hardworking and transformed a tired pathway, hard standing and driveway into a a beautiful resin driveway, even with some extras built in at no extra charge. 3 days from start to finish, I cannot recommend enough, if you want quality and professionalism Steadfast is the way forward. Very helpful, friendly and nice to work with. Accommodating of the challenging weather, our needs and excellent communication. Always prompt, working very efficiently and long hours. We were worried about having it done but we were looked after very well.
The Steadfast team, managed by Patrick, worked very quickly to lay new paths and patio to our garden. We wanted a courtyard feel to the garden and this was achieved with the laying of grey Indian Sandstone paving. We are delighted with the result.
Pat from Steadfast came along to quote for us to have a resin-bound finish drive to replace the tired concrete original. We immediately felt comfortable with his easy style and knowledge, we discussed at-length the various best method of drive construction and his experience was essential in helping us choose that route. The team arrived on the Tuesday and by the end of the day had demolished the existing concrete drive and prepared the site. On Wednesday the rest of the brick 'sets'/surrounds were laid ready for the concrete over-site to be installed late Wednesday. The concrete was left to dry until Friday. The team returned to carry out the final prep for the resin-bound topping. The following Monday, the resin team arrived and spent a hot day laying the resin-bound finish and it was done. Throughout - Pat came around to direct his team and ensure that they and we were happy with the progress. The driveway looks brilliant and so far has performed well in the rain.
A great team of workers completing my driveway, path and steps to a very high standard. Also Pat made some very savvy suggestions to the landscaping design. Overall delighted with the finished results!
After having our very large tarmac driveway upgraded to a beautiful block paved driveway, we decided to upgrade our patio areas in the back garden this included demolition of old sheds renewing patios and paths in matching block paving and painting of garden walls, the job was done on time even in extreme 30 degree heat! All the guys working on our job were exceptional and we would not hesitate to recommend this company

Much admired block paving drive, thanks to Patrick at Steadfast HomeDesigns Ltd. Preparation work was very thorough with drainage system installed to combat flooding. I was kept regularly informed throughout with Patrick visiting 3 /4 times a day .I was shown completed drives in my area to help in the choice of paver and colour. Work completed as per quote and timetable. I consider this firm to be excellent value for money and would gladly recommend them to others. Work was always carried out efficiently and professionally by Alan ( what a worker !) and his team. They even continued working on the hottest day of the year, Thankyou.
Pat and his team did a very fast job of demolishing a very dangerous garden brick wall and replacing with wooden fence panels and concrete supports, also rebuilding retaining wall and did an amazing job of block paving driveway to leave step free access to house. Would use again.
From quotation stage to carrying out the works Pat was always on hand to discuss all aspect of the job, the works were completed in the time frame that they advised. Pat and the team were always checking in to see if we were happy with the works that we were having done and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. Even down to the little details of visiting our neighbors the day before to advise them of the works going ahead and that it may be a little noisy. Couldn't recommend them enough. My wife and I are very pleased.
Pat and his team did a fantastic job on our driveway. I changed my mind at the last minute on what I wanted and it was no problem for him and his team. I can't believe how quickly it was finished and to a high standard. Great work and great communication. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who needs any work done.
Patrick and his team did a first class job of fixing our drainage problems and fitting a wonderful sandstone patio. We would throughly recommend steadfast home designs as they provided high class workmanship at a competitive price. We are extremely happy with the result.
Great work by Pat and his team to lay a superb drive to the front of the house and take on a pretty onerous reconfiguration of the patio to the rear. Really good quality workmanship. Completed very quickly and with the difficulty of storage space for materials, and cleaned off at the end.
Pat listened to my requirements and gave suggestions which meant the overall look of the driveway was so much better than I had anticipated. All the men, from carrying out the groundwork, the brickwork and the laying of the resin surface of the driveway, worked hard and efficiently. They worked long days and cleared up at the end of each day. The men were all friendly and polite. Pat visited frequently to ensure I was happy with how the work was progressing. I could not fault the workmanship. The driveway has made an immense difference to the appearance of my house.
We are delighted with our new drive, paths and patio. The team from Steadfast Home Designs were extremely hard working and professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and it was clear that they took pride in doing a great job. We were kept properly informed at all stages. There is no doubt that this has enhanced the appearance of our property.
If you want a first class drive then Pat and his Steadfast team are the ones to go to. Workmanship of the highest quality carried out with care in good time. I am delighted with the Resin Bound Gravel finish which has transformed our driveway. I would have no problem in recommending Steadfast for your project.
My driveway and patio were in a terrible state as they had been down for over 40 years, with minimal attention during that time. I called Steadfast Home Designs as I had seen their work around East Grinstead and was very impressed by the quality. Pat came to view the work and we agreed a fair price. They organized the work very quickly and once started I was amazed at the speed it was completed in. The team were courteous, professional and a joy to work with. The quality of the work is excellent, and I am very happy to recommend Steadfast to anyone considering them. Additionally, I had a retaining wall that had “aged” and needed some TLC. Pat and his team removed some courses of brickwork and rebuilt. Again, this is a fantastic bit of work and has resolved a problem that would have got worse and more difficult to resolve as time went on. Really 5 stars all round, I am a very happy customer.
