He completed the work efficiently and sealed all round the new unit with silicon to prevent further ingress of water. I hadn't asked him for this and was expecting to do it myself. I recently had Sam to carry out a survey of the electrics prior to me moving house (July 2025). This was done efficiently and I asked him to return to carry out one item that he had identified. Throughout his service has been polite, his work has been neat and tidy and his charges very reasonable."
