The gentleman from the company came on time and was very knowledgeable about our mould issue. He tested the walls and gave us very sound advice as to how to combat the mould on the walls. We were able to get confirmation that it wasn't a structural issue which is what we needed to find out.
Very happy with the work and attitude of the tradesmen. Only issue was the start date moved a couple of times.
Quoted for damp treatment which was so extortionate our mortgage company would not use the report. We then got further quotes from two PCA registered companies for ~£4000. When asking if there may have been a mix up in quotes, they refused to look into it. When we complained, they later emailed saying their quote was reasonable on a house valued at £1m (ours is actually £340k!). Avoid at all costs.
