“I approached finding someone for this job for my vulnerable brother's dilapidated property with some trepidation, not just because of my personal past experience with a builder who made a hash of a job for me, bit because I live at one end of the UK and my brother far north of me, and I wouldn't be able to be there in person as the job went along. I needn't have worried, as Elliott was great at keeping me informed, politely listening to concerns I brought up from time to time, and ensured he put me in the picture and explained. Nothing went wrong. My bro is delighted. I'm so pleased for him.”
