"The company itself was pretty reliable but, for various reasons, it took some months to actually set a date for the work mainly due to delays in turning around quotes and building regulations. Unfortunately, issues with the brickwork sub-contractors and wet and freezing weather also led to delays. However, the work was finally completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. Jon was very hands on and conscientious."

"I was kept fully informed during the whole process, we had one or two glitches (neither party to blame) that we addressed and overcame. The whole project came in on (amended) budget, where additional work was required or the scope changed these were fully discussed and an agreement made before continuing. The builders were courteous and friendly. All in all a good experience, I would certainly use Stone Cross Construction again."
